For what motor setup? LSx, SBF, P5 mopar? throw us a bone here man.

and with the right angle t/b adaptor, i'm assuming thats 4150 flange? What size t/b do you want to run? 90mm, 105mm ? Cast ok or are you looking for sheetmetal?
