I've heard the same. I have a set of their 18" wheels. Aside from the stupid valve stem placement (directly under the rotor/caliper) that doesn't play well with big brakes, they're ok.

If I had it to do over again, I would have tried really really hard to find a way to increase my wheel budget to afford something like a boze, intro or rushforth wheel. There are a few less expensive Newgen wheels that they've introduced as well. Whatever you decide, Driverzinc would be a well placed phone call.
