Yea it takes some time to figure it out..I messed with that tool for at least a half an hour trying to figure out how to work it ..then finally viewed a video on youtube and it all clicked. Just read the instructions well and take your time and youll be fine. Theres a diagram on the instructions on how to safety wire (which way ..ect)..Yes they are the stock drum spindals..depending on if you have drum or disc spindals depends on the hardware you use to bolt the caliper adapter plate to it.
