That is Mark Owens, part of the ratpack and has worked on my charger more than I have. He wouldn't have it any other way, hard core for sure and enjoys helping out anyway he can. He did have to pull over til the rain calmed down though, this was one bad storm. Proved though that cars are meant to be driven, both in the sunshine and rain....good times for sure.
