This type of interference certainly isn't unheard of, but only tends to be an issue when running screw-in type studs in the rear. From what I've seen, the Moser studs used to (and maybe still do) have the shortest heads compared to the other 1/2-20 screw-in options that I've seen (ARP, Wilwood, Moroso, etc). How much interference do you have? How much head on the wheel studs? If it just needs a small amount, I'd shave the heads of the studs to clear the parking brake components.
