Thanks for noticing, Ben. That's my client, Bob Bertelsen's insane home built Firebird. The only thing Bob didn't do was build the MAST motor and the Bowler trans and stitch the interior. Otherwise, all built at home in under 18 months! Pontiac guys might have noticed the vents look just a little different and it's because I designed them to be smaller and more subtle and reveal actual vents and Bob fabbed them out of sheetmetal per the design along with the hood extractors in fiberglass, metal spoiler, front valance, taillights, license plate relocation, bumper mods and a bunch of other subtle stuff. He missed the Top 5 but got a shoot for PHR on Saturday night so that was a nice silver lining to his weekend.
