We sell and install dual pass on every application we can. We see as much a 15 to 20 degree additional cooling on water heaters. We see higher temp drops from the inlet to the outlet on dual pass. On or cross flows we will see a right around a 30 degree drop and on a double pass we can push near 40 degree temp drops

Fan, Fans, Fans. Fans are your friends. Try to find a way to get at least a pair of High Performance 13s on your radiator. And make sure they are on a professional built shroud. Most radiators systems show their inadequacy at the worst time when you need them the most. When your sitting still, in high heat, A/C on cause no air is moving through the cabin. Nothing sucks worse then having to shut off the A/C and roll down the windows cause the car is warming up.
