LS-x Camshaft Choice
The information provided is limited, though the stock GM Camshaft is on a 117 C/L.
Your stated cam 224/230 111 Lobe Center could reduce engine high RPM performance a great amount.
Low speed performance would be terrible with that camshaft.
My choice would be a 224/230 with a 118 Lobe Center.
I would also change the injectors, we use Denso 470cc injectors that will idle BETTER than stockers.
The OVER size pump could "push" ALL to oil out of the pan.
