If the 3rd member is already together, it should already be to specs. Atleast I assumed mine was and put it together. It's pretty straight forward though. Put in the 3rd member, put your parking brakes on, put the axles in, put the c-clips on by the brakes then finish off your brakes. I have never done anything like that before either and found it really straight forward. If I'm way off, someone please correct me but if I remember correct that's the order I did mine in.
