F-Body and CTS-V are different. The F-Body is 5/8" further out. The CTS-V and Corvette are the same and closer to the block. The CTS-V and Corvette use the same balancer and waterpump spacing. You'll notice on the Pace site the note for the CTS-V and Corvette both say they require balancer 12620556.
