The area that I would pay the most attention to is the fender gaps. The square ness of the hood opening, alignment of the hood latch, and how well the grill fits. Then work the rest of the parts to fit after you get these things taken care of.

I usually leave the core support lose until I get everything else where I want it. The core support has more adjustment at the body mounts than any of the other front end pieces.
