I was there. Went yesterday and today. Had a flippin blast! There's never enough time to check that show out. My legs and feet are in definite need of some attention. Ouch. Why do they stick the Autocross event at the ENTIRE opposite end of the place?
I missed the Roadster Shop Chevelle kissing the pole too. After being there since about 10, I stuck around waiting for a ride with one of the vendors and got bumped after waiting over an hour. That was somewhere around 3. I was kind of irritated but what are you gonna do...whine? I left the area around 3:00-3:15, so it must've happened shortly after that since they quit at 4. Saw that C2ZR1 Corvette today...I can't say enough about it, it would just come out as all caps and curse words in text. Lots of design ideas that I loved (gauges-who did those, pedals, rear cabin area). Very nice car. I'm hoping PHR, or some other magazine I read frequently, picks it up as a feature.
What was up with the PPG booth? I went by and there didn't seem to be anything going on. Some kids coloring. Didn't really pay attention to them. I had some great conversation at the DSE and RideTech booths though, pitching the idea for more early Chevelle products.
