The answer you seek would be no, currently having wetland survey and geotech done. They want my money to tell me the land can be built on, this will be a long process. Just getting ready to put mine up for sale, along with possibly buying another piece of investment property. Like I said, the world is spinning and I'm just trying to figure out where I'm going to land, hopefully pouring foundation next spring. Thanks for asking.
