I would have a plan together as to how to handle those that don't get this message and show up at the track. I'm guessing there will be a bunch, and after driving 65 miles out from Las Vegas they may be a bit "testy".
I spent a couple hours today changing my flights and hotels, and getting my friends notified that had planned to attend like last year.
I understand the reasoning, but it's a bummer that the decision was made so late.
