The strap's I built for my last project were simple to make. Picked some .125x.750 alum strap from the local hardware store. Cut and bent to shape. Used revit,nuts from mcmaster carr bolt it the body and some small rubber bumper's to keep the strip's from banging on the glass. My front tab's never touched the glass just for look's
