when you say no power, do the lights work or is everything dead? If lights work but it won't crank look for a neutral safety switch that's either disconnected or mis-adjusted.If it's a stick car it needs to have the clutch pushed all the way in for the neutral switch to work and the starter to function. Auto must be in park or neutral.
