What springs aro you using front and rear? You might be well served with a set of Bilstein's given your intended use of the car. There are bilstein's specifically valved to work with Hotchkis springs if you go that route.

I like the Alston Varishocks, but they'll cost roughly double what a Bilstein would, and for your use, you're not likely to need the adjustability.

Edit: Knowing what I know now, I would have set my car up at ride height with my springs and then worked on selecting shocks. Making sure that you get the proper length shock the first time is sometimes more difficult than you would imagine given all of the variances in weights, spring rates, etc. That's why spring/shock packages are sometimes a very good way to go.
