SEMASAN.COM anyone help me out here?
I was reading on SEMASAN this moring under NC laws says in section 2 I can title my inoperable car but no regestration maybe issued till till car is complete and passed safety and inspected by DMV. So can I title my Chevelle in NC? DMV people here seem like dummies. Brandon
