I'm being tempted by the T-56 Magnum swap as part of my rebuild into more of a streetable car
. Currently I've got an automatic so I've got a lot to think about with the cost of the swap.
Anyway, I'm fairly certain this swap into a 3rd gen Nova like mine will require some pretty extensive trans tunnel mods. I'd guess it would need to be raised a couple of inches. I see plenty doing these type mods though on the forums. My question is how do you deal with the carpet fitment? If you raise the floor are you stuck with a custom interior shop doing carpet?
