I alread cut about 2.5" off each end of the dash. Looks like I need to cut 3" off the whole back (matching the curve of the window). I already made a cardboard template of the stock dash and put on the 59 dash.

I really like the wheels on the car and so I did this photoshop:
I really like that "retro-look" with the 15" Rally wheels and I think they also would fit my "retro-theme" on the monte (with my 1959 Impala dashboard & steering wheel and everything)...
what do you guys think?
you know here in germany everybody own/drives new european cars. almost no american cars. all car enthusiasts put big wheels on there. I thought would be cool to bring the oldschool back on streets with the 15" rally wheels
