If built correctly, a standard T56 will easily handle those hp/tq numbers. Unless you plan to drag race your car with multiple high rpm clutch dumps and full slicks, a Magnum would be a bit overkill IMO.
I would suggest an LS1 GTO style T56. They have a deeper 2.97 ratio first gear which would let you get away with a more mild rearend gear, possibly a 3.73. How tall of a rear tire do you plan to run?
