If you have a roll bar, the back seat is useless with or without a back seat.
The variable that I feel exists for resale is the potential buyer won't realize the back seat is a cranium cracker.
I'd personally never let anyone ride in my back seat but this is a free country last time I checked. Well not free with inflation and the cost of living increases....
