Good read Chris, thanks for posting it. There are sooooo many reasons for the problem, that I can't get into it......that got another thread locked, so I won't comment! Lol.
And Realcoray, it may "seem" racist, but facts are facts. Black, white, brown, yellow or green. Most stereotypes are caused, not created IMO. I deal with stereotypes everyday at work.
