Like stated above you will rub frame and possibly sway bar but if you are alright with that then the backspace Blake suggested will work. I see a bigger problem though. A 245 wide tire should be mounted on a 8" wide wheel. It will look stretched on a 9. We often spec 265 wide tires or 275 wide tires on a9 inch wheel. Remember that a rim is always one inch wider than the stated width as you have to account for the 1/2" bead on each side. So an 8" rim measures 9" overall.

Also, why such a short tire? You'll find that most people run a 245/40/18 up front as the tire is the right OD.
