Like I said, I'd start by putting the car up on some ramps or a hoist if available and start looking for anything that may be broken. Check the leaf springs to see if any are broken. Get a good flashlight and check for any cracks or spaces that shouldn't be there. Even though the front springs are fairly new, you could also check them to make sure the driver's side one hasn't broke. Start there and rule out something breaking first.
