this sounds like an rpm style combo, similar to nascar's 358" set-up, but only wanting to turn it 6k-7k, seems kinda pointless.

i say run a 3.75 stroke(400) in the 400 block, with the afr 195's, and your target should be pretty easy to reach. as the saying goes, there is no replacement for displacement.

or clevite makes a "thick bearing" that doesnt require the spacer and aids in the heat transfer to the block.
