Haha I got a little trigger happy with the camera!!

I used Dimple Dies to bevel the holes. You drill the holes to whatever size you want and press the dimple dies on to get that cool beveled look. They're expensive if your just doing a few pieces I would go your local Race/Hot Rod shop. They should have them and shouldn't charge much to do it for you.

Seriously, i like it too, love those holes and i would like to know what is used to do them. I saw them here and there on a few cars and especially once used in the A pillars (filling up between cage tube and inner windshield post) but cant remember the car. It looks killer, i would not know where to stop i think....
