I've got a 1970 Chevelle that I've upgraded the fuse block to a Painless 18 Circuit unit (p/n 30003). When I switched it over the dome light is always on. I've pulled the bulb but cannot get the power to go "off" on the orange wire. I've double checked the connections and It seems to be right. What could I possibly be missing???
