Most caliper "upgrades" are going to reduce your effective brake torque up front, especially since you've limited yourself to a 15" wheel. If you just want a 4/6-piston caliper for looks, then knock yourself out. If you want to improve your brake perfomrance and capacity, I would suggest you look into swapping a later generation GM tall-spindle with 12" brakes. You should be able to reuse your current calipers & pads, so all you'd need is the spindles and rotors. If you wanted to shed a little weight and add a little bling, you could swap on the Wilwood D52's and call it a day.
