I was watching TV the other day and saw this commercial

I thought the car chase looked familiar. I then realized that it was in fact this scene :

It was filmed in Montreal in 1976 and the final scene is the shot at the Autoroute 13 and 20 interchange during it's construction.
I have tried many times to find copies of this movie "Special Magnum" which was also known under different titles. It starred John Saxon, Stuart Whitman and Martin Landau.
I like it because I drive these roads almost everyday.
