Wow it's been a long time since I have had anything to post. Work and life getting in the way of the fun...
Anyway I have finally had some time to start forming the nose.
First I made some hammer forms from MDF.
Then I made some patterns and glued some 1/16" welding rod to them to get the inner shape I needed.
Then I started shaping.
All done.
