Exactly. Some people find the engage/disengage a little harsh, because Lockers make some noise when that happens, especially at slow speeds like parking, making a U-turn, or backing out of a driveway. But in ordinary driving it isn't noticeable, and they work great for road racing and autoX.

And at 1000 hp, it's really the only game in town that will give you a true differential and the strength/durability you'll need.
