Coursey, I have a set of GTX03's from Billet Specialties.
My best success has been Master Formula Metal Gloss. You can get it from guys who sell it at shows like Autorama and Super Chevy or go to their site masterformulapolish.com. It seems to go on easy and come off easy. Gets all the buildup off and makes them shine like chrome without too much elbow grease.
My other choice is Meguires Hot Rims polish. It does just as good but seems to cloud up quicker than the Master Formula.
I use 100 % cotton baby diapers from Walmart. Soft absorbent and you can bleach the heck out of them. good luck !
