You should be in the ballpark but without knowing exactly how your car sits now, your spring rate, old springs, new springs, how big your current tire diameter vs the new tire diameter, it's like your wife calling a salon she's never been to and asking if she'd look better with short hair or long. The good news is that blocks are easy to switch out or trim to fine tune the ride height.
Some quick measurements and some basic math will get you where you need to be. If the car has wheels on it now, measure to the fender lip and subtract 2 and then compare the new od vs the current od. If you have no wheels now, figure a 27" ballpark od and take some measurements using the axle as your centerline.
