It's a Lokar handle.
http://lokar.com/product-pgs/emergen...handbrake.html Here's a pic that I borrowed from Roger at Ironworks. The hand brake bracket that I have is one that he sells. This is from the Goodguys car they built and I kept this pic to show how it hooks up.
If you look here, Roger has another pic of how the handle hooks up to the cables. I'm going to run my through the floor the same way.
