As all of the valid codes have one thin g in common, let's start there: Low voltage.
How good is your alternator/battery? Check them out first.

Moving along:

1.P0102 Mass Air Flow Sensor or Volume Air Flow Sensor

Could be a dirty MAF. Do you use an aftermarket air filter that needs oil (i.e. a K&N, etc)? Too much oil on that can trip codes. Try cleaning the MAF, inspecting the leads and connector.

2.Circuit Low Input (not sure if this is part of the MAF sensor)?

See above. Check charging system.

3.P1406 Undefined Code?

EGR pintle location is "undefined". The computer can't tell where it is. Could be dirty, could be a bad lead. Check the charging system (see a pattern developing?), then check the connector and wires. Could be a dirty EGR valve. They run about $100 aftermarket for your ride, if needed.

4.P0700 (PD) Transmission

Not a good code. This could be tripped by.... again.... low voltage.

5.Control System P1192 (PD) (not sure if this is part of the transmission)

Pollution control system isn't getting... wait for it.... enough voltage.

Give it a try on the alternator and batter check. Good luck with it.
