i guess in a round about way, that was my point. pretty common sense that they wont play an issue. the common sense gets skewed after you lawyers get involved . all valid points, and i do appreciate your expert input.

to the op, did you figure out what the law requires? do they just need to be a reflector, or do they need to be a light?
