pretty much what rocketman said....
we are going to do a 70 chevelle we plan on welding 1/2in plate to the rockers and sleeving holes in the frame and bolting to the frame to the body the legnth of the rocker then making additional body mounts in the rear
But we also plan on building a new floor as well
