I hear what you're saying but the conundrum I see here is that you have quite clearly shown that they are incompetent and very possibly INCAPABLE of fixing the POS to your standards... from a mechanical standpoint.
I'd pull it and send it somewhere who has proven they can handle the mechanical issues you keep uncovering.
