after getting caught cheating twice last year, I guess this is how he wanted to start 2006
This penalty seems kind of light IMHO, they should also impound the car and dock driver points.
On the bright side, with the #48 car starting at the back of the field, he probably won't wreck out as many good drivers as he normally does on the super-speedways
