Unfortunately A/R does not re-hoop wheels anymore. Something that has changed since the buy out by Wheel Pros.
You might contact Pro-Wheels, and ask if they'll do it for you. I've used them to rehoop some two piece wheels in the past where they are sometimes cheaper, and faster then the actual manufacturer.
