I love my job. I work as a Automotive Technician for a law enforcement agency and I enjoy my work. I have a fleet of about 35 cars that do about 135,000 miles a month and I do everything from the mundane(oil changes and tires) to the unimaginably dirty(you cant imagine what some people do in the back seats), and everything in between. I like the responsibility, I know that these cars may have to safely go 130mph on public roads, and that the officers and the public both depend on them getting there safe. I find that working in industry doesn't burn me out on cars at all.
All that said I do want to join as an officer. Its the finest law enforcement agency in the world, and I know that I have the perfect temperament for the job. Plus getting paid $100,000/year after a few years would help my build progress a little faster
