Yea, I know. I'm not that green
but in this case as you say they are big enough to handle filling some orders. It has been my experience that the squeaky wheel gets the oil. It is appropriate to file a BBB report and if my cousin can give me some key buzz words to hit some supervisor with maybe I can persuade them to follow through. If not, I am more than satisfied to just make them squirm a bit. I guess that's what I would say to all here. Make it be a pain for them. They deserve it.
