Do you have to rely on the 67 as a daily driver? If you do, I would not trade. Too many unknowns under that paint, in the drivetrain and every other system in the car. (brakes, suspension, electrical.....)
If you can afford to tear it down and go through everything, sure. Go for it. But as a daily driver, fixing it as you drive it.....not such a good deal.
