I have received some info about arrangements for Todd Gartshores memorial service. Here is what his son Jordan sent:

There have been inquiry's regarding flowers for the Family, and we ask that in lieu of sending flowers please consider making a Memorial gift contribution to Victory Junction. I think a contribution to the Victory Junction organization is perfect...it makes a lasting difference to those who are still living, and it keep the family's living room from smelling like a funeral home.
