Slightly off-topic but, for three piece HRE wheels, wouldn't it be a whole lot easier for HRE to just supply you with a new set of shells? I can't believe anyone would go through the effort and expense to strip chrome/Ni/Cu off of a set of shells in order to get back to bare aluminum, when new aluminum shells are readily available...?
