The C-5 and C-6 front caliper are identical except the C-6 units have more bridge support and will not spread as much under hard use. As far as using front calipers on the rear I suspect you would have too much rear bias. The C-5 rears
with the matching Corvette rotors have a hat section that allows for an e-brake. I had some spacers machined to get the hat section lined up with the brake shoes. My Impala has C-6 front calipers with C-5's on the rear. The rotors are DBA Corvette units that Tobin modified for my 5x5 hubs. He made the front hubs too so I could keep the stock track.
