I know that 350lb springs are recommended for SBC, 550 for BBC. Some on here recommended 450's. I have aluminum heads/radiator/headers so my 450lb springs may have been a poor choice but hey, springs are cheap. I may go to a 350lb spring if it's not working for me on the street.

Hotchkis rear leafs are, as I've been able to read, rated at around 175 lbs/inch.

I'm not scraping anything... yet. It's low... like driving a Vette. I think it's hitting the bump stops, need more miles to tell for sure.
