Gav, you are comparing 2 piece step lip wheels to 3 piece step lip wheels. The 2 piece step lip hoops come in 18x9.5. Fikse is a 3 piece wheel and can be made in just about any width an increments of a 1/2". So yes, Fikse can make you a 10" step lip wheel.
