I agree. Big brakes and some cool looking 18 inch Billet wheels that have the COP look to em. Then drop it in the weeds. You can spend a fortune on it and it is still a police car so go with that theme. You'd make the cover of any Freiburger mag for being different.
Just a thought.
Oh and by the way, the lighter wasn't broken, Jake lit his smoke and tossed out the lighter 'cause he did not like the car. Believe it or not there was actually a sound effect for the lighter hitting the pavement. Man I need a life.
